As it's the first day of the competition lets not go too crazy, I think a £2.50 each way first goalscorer double might do. This gives us the first 5 goals in each game.
Poland v Greece - Robert Lewandowski at 4/1
Russia v Czech Republic - Aleksandr Kerzhakov at 11/2
If both score first we win £101, if they both score just in the first 5 goals but not first we win £11.
